Condition: Items on return must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Items marked as final sale.

Proof of purchase: Receipts or proof of purchase are compulsory for all returns.

Return process:

Contact Us: Locate our customer service team via email/phone/website contact form for a return request. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return.

Approval: When your return is approved, you will receive a RMA number alongside instructions.

Shipping: Send the item back to the return address provided.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the wrong or defective item was sent.
